Optimize Hydration & Recovery
How it works
Pick up the sensor at the counter and stick the patch on your upper arm. The team starts it, you train the session you had planned, and the sensor reads your sweat live the whole way through. Nothing is sent to a lab. Hand the sensor back afterwards and your results land in your anomalie account.
Why to test
Sweat rate and sodium concentration vary enormously between people, and generic hydration advice is built for an average that almost nobody is. Testing replaces the guesswork with your own numbers, so you know how much fluid and sodium you actually need per hour instead of drinking to a rule of thumb.
What you get
Your personal sweat rate in millilitres per hour, your sodium concentration, and a fueling protocol built on both: what to drink, how much, and how often across sessions of different length and intensity. Everything lands in your anomalie account, so you can compare sessions and see how the numbers shift with heat, intensity and training load.
