What does anomalie cost?
anomalie is free for everyone: documents, wearables, the AI briefing, workout insights, the ChatGPT and Claude connection and medication tracking. There is no subscription and there are no tiers. Costs only arise when anomalie requests your records from doctors' practices and hospitals (see the next question).
What does it cost to request records from doctors?
anomalie requests your records from practices and hospitals, follows up and digitizes them. It costs 1 € including VAT per practice, and only when the documents actually arrive. Every new member gets 2 free requests.
When am I charged?
When you request records beyond your free ones, we save a payment method (card, Apple Pay, SEPA or PayPal). Nothing is charged until documents arrive. Billing is monthly. You can stop at any time, there is no subscription.
What happens if nothing arrives?
Then you pay nothing. The fee only applies when documents from a practice or hospital actually reach you.
What does the request to my health insurer cost?
Nothing. Requesting your records from your health insurer is always free.
Is Premium still available?
anomalie Premium is no longer offered. Existing subscriptions continue and include doctor requests. Everyone else uses anomalie for free.
