Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via our online store getanomalie.com and our app/platform between you as a customer and the

anomalie GmbH
Marienburger Straße 26b
10405 Berlin
Email: support@getanomalie.com
VAT ID: DE463174426
Registered at: Amtsgericht Charlottenburg

are concluded.

Contracts are concluded exclusively with consumers as defined in § 13 BGB. Commercial resale is prohibited.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.

By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order. The confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. A purchase contract is only concluded when we explicitly accept your order or dispatch the goods.

3. Eligibility & Customer Account

Our services are directed exclusively at persons who are at least 18 years old, of full legal capacity, and resident in the DACH region (unless stated otherwise). A customer account is required to use certain features (e.g. subscription management, health data, action plans). You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Contract

You can subscribe to our product. We offer the following intervals: 30 or 90 days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Exclusion of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. It also expires for diagnostic/analysis services once we have fully performed the service with your prior express consent (§ 356 (4) BGB), and for tests once the sample has been activated.

Further information and a model withdrawal form can be found in our withdrawal policy.

6. Delivery & Shipping

7. Prices & Payment

8. Product Information Supersalt

Our product is an electrolyte supplement in powder form. One daily serving equals one sachet (approx. 5g powder).

Ingredients (per serving)

Natural lemon flavor, sweetened with steviol glycosides. No sugar, no artificial flavors, vegan, non-GMO.

Health Claims according to EU regulation

Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.

9. Important Medical Notice

Our tests, health data, insights and action plans serve information, prevention and wellbeing purposes. They do not replace a medical diagnosis, treatment, advice or therapy and do not constitute a treatment relationship unless a medical service is expressly agreed as such (see Section 10). Do not make significant health decisions (e.g. discontinuing medication) based solely on our services without consulting a physician.

In a medical emergency, contact the emergency services (112), the medical on-call service (116117) or the nearest emergency department immediately. anomalie is not an emergency service. Results and recommendations are based on the data you provide and are no guarantee of any particular health outcome.

10. Diagnostic Protocols and Medical Responsibility

Minimum age for blood tests (18+): Blood tests and other diagnostic tests are sold exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18 and are of full legal capacity. There is no exception to this requirement. By placing an order you confirm that you meet it. We may request suitable proof of age and may refuse, cancel or reverse an order — refunding any amount already paid — where there is reasonable doubt. Ordering on behalf of third parties, in particular for minors, is not permitted.

Insofar as we offer diagnostic tests and assessment protocols — whether at partner locations (e.g. Eternity Health Club) or as at-home tests delivered to you by mail — we provide solely the technical and logistical platform service (sample collection, sample logistics, app, customer relationship). The medical assessment of samples, the interpretation of health markers, clinical recommendations and action plans are provided exclusively by independent licensed physicians or comparable certified medical providers (each a "Medical Provider") acting in their own professional medical responsibility. The medical treatment contract is concluded directly between you and the respective Medical Provider. anomalie is not a party to that contract, and the Medical Provider is in particular not a vicarious agent (Erfüllungsgehilfe) of anomalie within the meaning of § 278 BGB. Any and all claims arising from or in connection with medical content — in particular for alleged misinterpretation, incorrect recommendation, or breach of medical duty of care — shall be directed exclusively against the respective Medical Provider. Each Medical Provider maintains professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) at customary market levels. The diagnostic protocols do not replace direct consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

11. Customer Obligations

You are obliged to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information (in particular health information relevant to the assessment) and to collect, label and return samples properly and on time in accordance with the instructions provided. You are responsible for incorrect, incomplete or late information and samples, as well as for errors in self-collection of samples; results that are faulty or unusable as a result are not attributable to us.

12. Health Data & Automated Recommendations

By using the diagnostic services you consent to the processing of your health data (Art. 9 GDPR) for the purpose of analysis, evaluation and the creation of personalized recommendations. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this contract. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future; this may mean that certain services can no longer be provided.

Some insights and recommendations are generated with the support of software and AI-based systems and are subsequently validated by a Medical Provider (Section 10). They are decision support, not an automated individual decision producing legal effects within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

13. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

14. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent or gross negligence, for fraudulently concealed defects, under any guarantee assumed, and under the Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for typical and foreseeable damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Any further liability is excluded. These limitations also apply in favour of our legal representatives, employees and vicarious agents.

15. Platform Availability

We strive for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, malfunctions and events of force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions.

16. Pop-up Events & Image Rights

At our pop-up events (e.g. lab testing days, activations), photo, video, and audio recordings are made. By booking a ticket or slot, you consent to anomalie GmbH and its partners capturing such recordings and using them — without time, geographic, or content restriction, and free of charge — for commercial and editorial purposes, including marketing, social media, website, advertising, PR, and press.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing support@getanomalie.com. Already published materials are excluded from withdrawal where removal would be disproportionate.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify our on-site team upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate this, though incidental background appearances in wide shots cannot always be avoided.

17. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with the GDPR. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

18. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright. Use without explicit permission is not allowed.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms with effect for the future where required for good cause (e.g. changes in the law, case law, or our services). For continuing obligations (subscriptions) we will notify you in text form at least six weeks before the changes take effect. If you do not object within six weeks, the changes are deemed accepted; we will point this out separately. Otherwise we are entitled to terminate.

20. Final Provisions

German law applies with the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. For consumers, this applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the state of habitual residence is not withdrawn.

If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.

Severability: Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected; the statutory provision shall apply in its place.

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
