GM / CEO Supplements

As General Manager, you will own the full scalability and success of anomalie “supplements”. You are end-to-end responsible for the P&L, revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, team staffing and leadership, as well as the overall brand performance. You will build strategy, lead execution, and shape anomalie’s evolution across products and channels.

The anomalie brand has been developed and launched in the premium segment, and our first high-quality supplement product, Supersalt (electrolytes), is live. Production is complete, every pre-order has shipped, and the formula, packaging, supply chain and logistics are locked and ready to scale. The D2C store runs end-to-end: subscriptions, the referral program and checkout are live, and we are expanding availability through a curated network of retail and studio partners across DACH.

anomalie “supplements” is part of the broader vision we are pursuing: building the future health platform that empowers both healthcare providers and consumers to securely store, manage, and unlock the value of personal health data.

Your role

What you will own

  • Own the full anomalie “supplements” P&L, ensuring scalable revenue growth and sustainable profitability, including fundraising.
  • Lead the development and execution of business plans, performance targets, and long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Define and implement the Go-to-Market strategy across all channels.
  • Build and scale efficient operations for online and offline growth.
  • Establish and strengthen the anomalie brand through strategic partnerships with influencers, athletes, and health experts.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience across every touchpoint.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, speed, and precision.
  • Drive data-led decision-making and automation across processes.
  • Act as a visible brand ambassador, representing anomalie’s mission and values externally.
Your profile

What you bring

An analytical, customer-centric, and execution-driven leader with a proven track record of delivering rapid, profitable growth. You are intrinsically motivated, relentlessly results-oriented, and known for finding solutions and overcoming obstacles to achieve ambitious goals. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Professional fluency in English and German.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in business management, operations, strategy, or similar fields.
  • Experience in building and managing diverse teams, with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • The capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt quickly to change, and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Feel for high-aesthetic brands and experience in marketing a luxury brand.
  • Experience in scaling organizations or markets, ideally in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
