I wanted to send you a quick personal update about your Supersalt order.

As we were constantly refining the flavor profile (it's custom mixed for us), our production partners told us today that some raw materials won't make it in before Christmas, when the production site in Austria shuts down. That means our earliest production window is the second week of January — hence your order will ship mid to late January.

Not ideal, and definitely not the message I wanted to send you. But I'd rather be upfront now than overpromise again later. I appreciate you for your patience and trust!

We're only accepting this delay, because we're confident about delivering you the highest-quality electrolyte supplement we've ever tested. The latest flavor trials made a huge difference and have been outstanding: perfectly balanced, clean, and enjoyable.
